I ordered two fenders for my truck. Carparts.com cancelled one fender and sent me a damaged fender. I have sent three emails to them wanting a refund. I did receive one email back asking if I wanted them to send me another fender or a refund. I responded refund. That was 3 months ago. I haven't heard anything back from them. Definitely will not be buying from Carparts.com again.
Tried to cancel my order hours after placing it. No Customer service when i called i sat on hold. Then it offers a call back service, which i did 3 separate times with zero results. Emailed the company directly twice. Sent a message thru Paypal. And filed a return on their website, all without a response. The next day, they decided to ship it anyways. I finally sent a message on messenger, and got a call back in minutes. A young kid telling me its not their fault, and now it's MY problem. I need to ship it back across the country, and tie up my money until they receive it backed. This company is a scam, shop elsewhere..

Easy to order and match up my parts, but I paid more in shipping to have the part I needed overnighted and I placed my order at 11am on Thursday 6/18 and Fedex is telling me that I won't have the part until Saturday 6/20. I understand that Fedex is experiencing delays, but I shouldn't still have to pay overnight shipping prices for 2-day shipping.

I love this site. !st time ordering & 1st time installing a full set of brakes (Fr & Rr - rotors/pads). I asked a few questions, placed order and done. I rec'd parts very fast. All I needed was included {except tools ;-)}. I will order again.

I had a damaged part. The return of this was very easy and they where quick to send me a replacement part.
Already reviewed the taillight assembly.
Ordering went well, cost reasonable, shipping was relatively secure and timely.
My name is Tamara Turner. I placed a order with you all. And it was suppose to be here on the 4th. It's the 9th. I ordered from Ebay too after I ordered from you all. And got my stuff from them way faster. And today the 9th was their arrival date. I want to know if you all are going to refund me my money for these two headlights I haven't recieved. Or get them to me today. I work 1st shift. Leave home at 3 am. So I'm thinking you all were my best option. I will never purchase anything else from you all. If I don't receive my head lights today. I want my money back. Thanks.
It seems as thought my initial reaction was misguided. They had explained the cause of the situation and made amends by giving me a fair resolution for the inconvenience. Please disregard the previous review it seems like these folks are very credible and will work with you if needed. Would now highly recommendThey had an eta of 5/3 on my order before I bought my item. That is what made my purchasing decision. When i called them, they said it would take an additional 3-5 days. That shipping ad was very misleading. They said for larger products its longer. I wish their site would have taken that into account. I asked to speak to a manager and they had me on hold for 30 minutes and hung up.
Originally order via E-bay with delivery date 5 days out. Searched online and got delivery date of 3 days so I cancelled eBay purchase before shipped. Found out they cancelled both orders. Company listed as Carparts Wholesale on EBay and Carparts.com online are same company!! Called and reorders part with 3 day delivery and did not receive it until late, 6 days later. Would have saved time if w used local auto parts for $20 more!
It was very easy to find the part I needed (I am no mechanic) and it matches perfectly--saved me a lot of money over dealer pricing!
The parts I ordered were correct, worked perfectly, and arrived in just 2 days.

Evidently not Carparts.com as I had to, even after contacting Carparts.com for help with costs.
